Product Overview:

6-S shaker is one of the main equipment of gravity ore dressing. It is widely used in sorting tungsten, tin, tantalum and niobium and other rare metals and precious metal ores. Can also be used to sort iron, manganese ore and coal. When dealing with tungsten, tin and other minerals, the effective recovery of the shaker size range of 2-0.02 mm.

The work of the shaker

The beneficiation process of the shaker is carried out on a reclining bed with a re-farther (Fig. 1). The pellets are fed from the kiln in the corner of the bed and the horizontal flushing water is supplied from the feed tank. The structure of the shaker:

The shaker is mainly composed of eight parts: bed head, motor, windshield, bed, mine, sink, rework and lubrication system (Figure 2).

The longitudinal reciprocating motion of the bed is achieved by means of a crank connecting rod drive mechanism (Figure 3). The rocker 6 drives the crankshaft 7 to rotate, the rocker 5 moves up and down, and the rocker 6 moves downward, the bracket 6 urges the rear axle 11 and the reciprocating lever 2 to move rearwardly, and the spring 9 is compressed The The bed is connected through the linkage block 1 and the reciprocating rod 2, so at this time also make the bed for back movement, when the rocker upward movement, due to the tension of the spring to push the bed with the forward movement.

Installation and commissioning:

1, before the installation of product quality testing: the user should be installed before the test, the bed should meet the requirements of the drawings, parts complete, the appearance should be intact.

5, the installation of the connection check is correct, the empty running 1-2 hours. Check whether the bed is running smoothly, whether the connecting part is loose, shaking or sliding lubrication is good, no abnormal sound, horizontal gradient adjustment is flexible and stable.

Operation and maintenance:

1, adjust the shaker operation in front of the classification box of the sand valve and the rising water or adjust the sub-ore to control the ore and ore concentration, adjust the water can also be adjusted to the ore concentration.

2, LS-type shaker by changing the stroke hand wheel to change the position of the elbow bracket to obtain the purpose of stroke: YS-type shaker by the twist stroke adjustment screw to change the position of the T-head and the fork in the position on the rocker to adjust the stroke size. Change the motor pulley to adjust the red.

3, adjust the shift hand wheel to change the lateral slope of the bed; adjust the size of the flushing water and water valve position, change the flow rate and distribution of flushing water film, get neat, carry out the concentrate belt.

4, adjust the tightness of the spring, adjust the improper position of the four support points, to correct the match with the improper stroke system, correct rod deflection, you can clear the bed beating.

5, check the connection screw is loose, the rod position is appropriate, the spring is too loose or broken, shaking or sliding surface is good contact, whether the bed contact non-swing parts, you can find the reasons for abnormal sound and be eliminated.

6, bed movement parts should be replaced when the wear is too large. Mine tank, sink to firmly prevent loosening.

Storage:

The installation of the shaker:

Before installation, press the foundation diagram (see below) to pour the cement and embed the anchor bolts. Reasonable use and maintenance of shaker:

The bed has a stroke range of 8-36 mm. Therefore, the shaker is suitable for both ore shaker and mineral slime shaker.

Turn the adjustment handwheel to get any stroke required within this stroke. The adjustment of the pulsation can be achieved by changing the speed of the belt drive by changing the pulley of the motor shaft.
