device installation:

1, embedded steel plate. Before installation, the steel plate shall be embedded in accordance with the requirements of the installation plan of the equipment, and the upper plane of the embedded steel plate shall be located on the same plane. Drum sieve debugging:

(A), preparation before commissioning

1, drum screen parts installed, check qualified, can be test run. Before the test run, the parts should be checked in detail according to the drawings shown in the correct installation, the fasteners firmly, whether the sieve around the screen to prevent the operation of the obstacles;

2, the rectangular access door in the open position, and through the manual wheel rotating screen tube to observe the comb-type screening mechanism with or without fencing, friction phenomenon, if the adjustment can be adjusted by the bolt;

3, check the bearing, the gearbox should be lubricated well, gearbox oil level should be appropriate;

4, the power connector should be solid and reliable, good insulation, grounding is correct.

(B), no load test

1, jog motor control button, check the motor should be turned with the cage drum screen shown the same direction;

2, start the equipment running 4 - 6 hours, observe the drum screen operation, if found abnormal sound or other phenomena, should be promptly shut down to check out the cause, troubleshooting.

Test run 4-6 hours should check the following items:

a, large shaft bearing temperature, the maximum temperature does not exceed 75 ℃, the temperature does not exceed 45 ℃.

b, fastening bolts around the situation, found loose should be tightened in time.

(C), feeding

1, in the sieve is running in a steady state, start the feed and discharge equipment, feeding test;

2, the normal discharge after closing the sealing cover (normal operation, the sealing cover should always be in the closed position);

3, check the material size and the presence of leakage and dust situation;

4, running for half an hour, the parts carefully checked and found that the problem in a timely manner.

5, the work process should always check the operation, if found to run abnormal or abnormal sound, should be timely downtime check to find out the reasons, troubleshooting.

Operation and maintenance:

Cage roller screen running reliable, maintenance is small, the following should pay attention to the operation of several problems outlined below:

1, the car must first open the cage roller screen, and then open the feeding equipment; parking on the contrary;

2, running three days before the day to the cage drum screen fasteners to check, if loose should be tightened in time. After the regular (weekly or semi-monthly) on the cage drum screen fasteners to check and deal with;

3, bearing, gearbox should be regularly checked lubrication, and timely refueling and oil change. Large shaft bearings with No. 2 lithium grease, under normal circumstances, every two months to add a grease, filling the amount should not be too much, or easy to cause the bearing overheating. The bearings should be inspected once a year.
